The Dutch couple and the English man were sweet and thoughtful, and the staff seemed lovely and attentive when my husband and I arrived. But a major misunderstanding later turned the visit into a really upsetting experience, especially since it happened on my wedding day. I tried to explain what had gone wrong, apologized for my part, and was met by the French lady saying, “That’s not true.” She was rude and showed little empathy or understanding. A calm conversation could have sorted it out, but her attitude ruined the stay for me. Looking at the lower reviews, she seems to react similarly when people disagree with her instead of taking criticism constructively. A sad, disappointing encounter. Guests shouldn’t be treated that way, and I don’t think she should be working in hospitality.

Even with a broken arm, the host Eric carried our suitcase for us. The breakfast was wonderful, and everything had been decorated with so much care. We really enjoyed our short stay here. Absolutely recommended!

The breakfast felt like a meal with friends, with fresh juice from Spanish orange's, great coffee that even suited my wife, who is hard to please with coffee, and all kinds of cheese and eggs. The rooms were great too, and the lovely people running this beautiful oasis were so kind and helpful. It felt more like visiting friends than renting a place. Thanks so much for a beautiful stay, highly recommend! The weather at the end of September was perfect, 25 to 30 degrees.

The owners, Eric and Frederique, were so sweet and kept checking that we had everything we needed. I loved the cozy decor, the pretty little hotel, and its plant-filled patio with a pool. The continental breakfast was amazing too. It's in a small town close to Valencia, and the visit was totally worth it. Thanks for everything, looking forward to coming back soon!
