There was a nice balcony at the top where I could sit outside, and a paid washer and dryer on that floor, though I didn't use them. Just so you know, there's no elevator. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but it was quite small, with two single beds. The only window was in the ceiling and had a shutter that let in only some light, so it felt a little claustrophobic. I didn't ask how to open it further, so that's on me.

The owners have put real effort into making this Camino hotel look good and feel comfortable. The rooms were spotless, with ironed linens and comfy beds, and it was good value. Having a kitchen, washer and dryer, and terrace was a thoughtful touch.

The rooftop terrace and laundry setup were just right for pilgrims. We had a clean room with comfortable beds, and there was plenty nearby. It's right on the way, too, so it worked really well as a Camino stop.

We had a bathroom of our own, and made good use of the laundry facilities. There was a bar just below our bathroom window, but with the window closed we couldn't hear it. The fan in the room was handy for some white noise. The place was clean and bright, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I don't know why some people rated it mediocre. We were also given a breakfast coupon for a fantastic patisserie, which covered toast, coffee, yogurt, fruit, and orange juice. All in all, an excellent experience.

The pension is in the old part of town, with cafes and restaurants all around, yet it was quiet. The staff were lovely, and the interior was clean, fresh, and modern, renovated in 2021.
