The room was very roomy, with two double beds and a balcony, though the view wasn’t great. I’d give the stay two stars because the restaurant felt disorganized at mealtimes, and the meal hours were too close together, especially for an all-inclusive booking.

The shows were a real highlight. The parrot act, birds of prey, and magician were fantastic, and reception staff were brilliant. Our room was very clean, and the hotel itself was good. We had a good time, though a few things need attention. Food was only okay and varied from day to day. One day the nuggets were awful, the next they were much better for my children. The animation staff seemed a bit lost, and my kids didn’t do much at the club because we couldn’t tell what was happening or when. The big pool slide had no monitor, so lots of people went down at once and there were accidents. My children came away with quite a few bruises and cuts, and my eldest even called it the death slide 🤣. That needs addressing.

The food had a very good selection at every meal, and the nearby resort was pleasant, with a few restaurants. We had a really nice holiday. Our room was great, with a sea view and a massive bed, and the hotel was clean and tidy. Staff were pleasant, although not everyone spoke English. It seems very much geared toward Spanish guests. On a couple of days the restaurant appeared short-staffed, which meant slow service and not enough food.

The kids’ club and its staff were wonderful, and I think they’re the soul of the hotel. Your kids will definitely love them. There are several pools and activities throughout the day, so it’s a great place for children. The cuisine was excellent every night. I’d say it’s the best hotel in the area overall. My one complaint was how slowly reception handled things. I got the impression they spent a lot of time giving each guest attention, but it affected the pace.
