What stood out most was how well the reception team looked after us. They were warm and professional, always ready with advice on getting around or finding somewhere good to eat. We had a great stay at this lovely hotel, and that care made it all the more enjoyable. You can tell they really want guests to feel comfortable.

We barely needed anything beyond our feet to get around, the location was so handy. The room was roomy, the bed and pillows were just right, and the windows kept all the street noise out. Noelia at the front desk was especially kind and helpful; we tried her suggestions and were glad we did. Wish we could come back!

Right in the middle of Reus, and our room looked out over the Prioral de Sant Pere. The beds were very comfortable, the room had what we needed, and the soundproofing was good. Staff were friendly and helpful too. A lovely stay in a lovely city.

Sinly was so friendly and clearly very experienced. Our room was spacious and spotless, too. Perfect, really. Thank you for having us!

The room was quite large and comfortable, and the air conditioning and shower were the best we've had in Spain so far. Noella at reception helped with all our requests, including finding restaurants and checking site and train schedules. We'd stay again.
