We came back to a cozy, warm room after long days out, with a very comfortable bed. It was spacious and very clean, and the location was convenient. We especially appreciated how kind and professional the staff were during our several-night stay with our 18-month-old. They gave us a crib and high chair at no charge and paid close attention to the baby, which made everything easier. The welcome sweets and lemon water were a lovely touch. We'd happily return and recommend it to families with little ones.

After checking out, we were allowed to leave our car in the parking garage while we kept exploring, which made a real difference to our day. The staff were warm and helpful from check-in through check-out. My wife, her cousin, and I stayed at NH Ciutat de Reus after a long day touring Montserrat, and the clean, comfortable room was more than adequate for three. It's also well placed, within walking distance of the historic Old Town. We'd gladly stay at NH Ciutat de Reus again and recommend it to anyone visiting the Reus area. 👍

The bed was really comfortable and I slept well, which is what matters most to me. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was OK, but the dates and Aircon were loud and not working, and the shower head needed attention. Booking online was a disaster, and the phone service was terrible.

Kevin was especially accommodating, and I hope he has every success and all the blessings for his great service. The staff were helpful overall. The hotel is easy to reach from the airport and centre, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Our room was big and clean, with lovely toiletries and drinks waiting in the fridge. There were complimentary cookies and sweets in the foyer. Breakfast had lots of choice, including lovely jams and pastries, plenty of juice and iced tea, and a pleasant wine. Sadly, the fried eggs were cold every morning.

Reus is well worth a visit, and the old town is an easy, comfortable 15-minute walk away. The hotel itself is beautiful, with an underground car park. Our huge room had all the 4-star luxuries, the beds were very comfortable, and it was quiet at night.
