Well...

The mattresses and pillows are comfortable, and the air conditioning works really well. The hotel is right in the center and stays quiet. Staff are attentive and friendly, though the facilities feel a bit dated, especially the bathrooms. It's good value, and there's also a 5% discount on breakfast. Works perfectly for a night or two.

The beds are narrow and hard, with pillows as thin as tissue paper. The bathroom is small and the shower isn't great. On top of that, the place smells unbearably of sewage, the furniture is dirty and broken, and it's overpriced. It feels more like a university residence hall, with doors slamming in the mornings. The reception vending machine even has expired food for sale. I don't recommend it.

The treatment was good, and the rooms were normal. We only stayed one night. In the morning, the second person to shower ran out of hot water, and by the time the third person went, there wasn't any left. Maybe it was just a coincidence that so many people showered at once.
