B&B HOTEL Miranda de Ebro

The beds were comfortable, and the room had plenty of space. There was free coffee too. A very nice stay.

We booked a superior double for one night while travelling. It was a decent-sized room, and the hotel welcomes dogs. The free coffee machines downstairs in reception are available around the clock, which made this a great overnight stop.

There was only a sheet on the bed, with no blanket or duvet, so I turned up the air conditioning. It didn't warm the room, and I spent a cold night at 10c under that sheet. I use B&B often, but this has made me reconsider my options. I had requested an accessible room and got no response. When I arrived around 8pm, a staff member told me the bathroom was suitable for someone with a disability, but the room wasn't accessible. I had to go straight to a meeting and couldn't ask about changing rooms. Getting in and out of a bath is extremely dangerous for me. Why don't staff read or respond to requests? This happens frequently. I don't think this hotel deserves to hold a B&B badge.

The staff are lovely, but the hotel was freezing and they wouldn't turn the heating on. I had to get my sleeping bag from the car because it was that cold. Not comfortable at all, the worst hotel stay I've had. The location isn't the best either.
