It’s about a 15-minute walk from town. The hotel was quiet, the rooms were very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We stopped here for one night while walking the Camino del Norte. Our attic room was perfectly fine, and the restaurant served a fabulous steak for dinner; breakfast was good too. There was no kettle or cups in the room, though the espresso machine in the bar was freely available. Great value, and I’d happily stay again if I’m back in the area.

Quiet rooms and good beds made for a really restful night. The place has a relaxed feel, the staff are friendly, and everything was clean.

The hotel is absolutely stunning, and the staff are great. The toilet in 304 has been a bit duff for longer than reported. I know because it’s my game, and it’s easier to string people along than get it repaired.

Somo is a fantastic location, and the breakfast was nice. The staff were efficient, but parking cost extra. The room was dark, old, and dated, with no tea or coffee facilities you’d expect at this standard. It’s very expensive for what you get.
