The noise complaint was unbelievable. Spain was playing Georgia, and while my wife, kids, and I celebrated the goals like the other residents in the building, the apartment complex called to say a neighbor had complained we were too loud. The apartment itself was filthy. There was food residue in the oven, stains on the floor, and the terrace table and chairs were dirty too. I also found cobwebs in the wall corners. It was the worst apartment I’ve ever stayed in. I wouldn’t recommend it or go back, even if the stay were free. Absolutely terrible.

The management at Del Parque Flats was extremely unpleasant, and this was the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I don’t understand why they were so unwilling to give information when I was there as a paying customer.
