We had a really pleasant few days in the apartments, which are kept in great condition. They’re in a quiet village, with beaches, pretty towns, hiking trails, and other places to explore nearby. The couple who run them are from Madrid and live in a nearby village. They come by every day to care for the guests and feed the animals, and children can help feed and brush the donkey.

Lola and David were so hospitable and attentive, and the apartment was impeccably clean and cared for, inside and out, including the green areas. We had everything we needed and more to feel comfortable. The setting is a fantastic oasis of greenery and nature, with good connections and amenities nearby. We had a wonderful stay.

The owners were lovely with the children and so attentive. Our little ones loved getting up excited to feed the animals and jump on the trampoline, and one sunset brought a visit from a neighbor’s macaws. The beautiful, welcoming surroundings made it easy to unwind and enjoy a peaceful few days at La Quintana de Romillo. The house was spotless, fully equipped, and thoughtfully prepared, and the property is clearly cared for with a lot of hard work and love. We left with happy family memories and plans to return. Highly recommended.

David and Lola deserve a special mention for their exceptional service. We had a wonderful few days as a family, letting go of stress and reconnecting with nature. The children were thrilled to spend time with the animals and feed them. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed, and the surrounding area was stunning. It’s a trip we’ll remember, and we definitely plan to return.
