Hotel Andalucía

We didn’t stay in the hotel, so I can’t comment on the rooms or the rest of it. We were taking the train to Ronda for a quick stop, and they kindly stored our luggage for €3. Staff were friendly, and the hotel is right beside the train station.

Breakfast comes from the hotel’s café, which is usually open to people who aren’t staying there too. There’s no buffet, but they’ll make a nice hot sandwich with whatever you like, and the coffee is good. The room was basic but comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The hotel is opposite the railway station. There’s an expensive underground car park nearby, and if you arrive by car it’s the only real option, since finding street parking is almost impossible.

Rooms are small, and there’s no lift, though staff will help with your bags. A café on site serves coffee, snacks and the like. It’s a clean, inexpensive hotel with no frills, about a 10-minute walk from the historic area and bull fighting museum. For drivers, there’s street parking, and the train station across the road has overnight parking too.

Jorge was the highlight of our visit. He was kind, welcoming and helpful, and went out of his way to make us feel at home and safe. We’ll remember that hospitality. Hotel Andalusia in Ronda was clean and comfortable, with a well-kept room that was just right for a relaxing night. The location is hard to beat, directly opposite the train station, which also made parking our car easy. Highly recommended.
