The location is superb, and the front desk staff are very nice. But the room was not clean at all: the sink leaked, there was mold on the toilet flush button, and the towel looked like it had been used for a long time. I don't think this should be a four-star hotel.

Our room had a very nice view and a great location, just a five-minute walk from the bridge and old city center. It was spotlessly clean, with very large, comfortable twin beds and plenty of room for two adults and a nine-year-old to sleep.

The young man who greeted us spoke good English and was polite and helpful, a credit to the hotel. Everyone was efficient, helpful, and polite throughout our stay. The reception area was nicely furnished and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from beginning to end, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel or stay again.

8/10
The hotel and room were nicely done and updated, and parking was good. Overall, I had a good stay. Unfortunately, my room was on the lower level, with a window facing the street, so it was loud, and the WiFi was down. If you can, ask for a room above the B level unless the hotel is completely full.

The staff were super kind and helpful when my husband fell in the bathroom and got hurt. The receptionist was amazingly friendly and helpful on the phone and at check-in. The hotel is spotlessly clean, with a lovely big modern room and bathroom, a safe, plenty of USB charging points, tea and coffee, lots of clean towels, great toiletries and accessories, and enough storage for all our belongings. Secure valet parking is €15 a night. The bar and restaurant have a really nice atmosphere and good service. We skipped breakfast because the buffet is €16, and with our many food allergies it wasn't worth it for us. The bridge, sights, shops, bars, and restaurants are a short walk away.
