I couldn't open the check-in link after booking, and there was no way to reach them by phone. They only use WhatsApp and reply with generic messages. I had to cancel, and they kept 50% of what I paid. What a rip-off. I'd give zero stars if I could. Beware.

The beds felt like cement. There was no door, so you had to enter through a sliding window. The so-called apartment was dirty when we got it, and the real estate agency blamed the cleaning company.

A very nice studio for two, though it's a shame there's no elevator.
