Agi Marina Apartments

Sleeping wasn't easy with inconsiderate neighbors, dogs nearby, and a terrace light we couldn't switch off ourselves. A washing machine and dishwasher were missing for the price, and in the summer heat air conditioning would be essential. The accommodation itself was spacious and clean, with a lovely terrace, though the bathroom needed more storage. The landscaped residence has mountain views, a nice pool, easy free parking, and is just 2km from the sea. The ceiling fan was a real help for falling asleep in summer.

You can't beat the location, but the apartment's upkeep is poor and doesn't match the price. We arrived Saturday, and the shower and wardrobe weren't fixed until Monday, even after WhatsApp messages, emails, and calls. I thought the service was terrible. It's fine for two, but there's no way it works for four. Motorcycles and other noise made the nights loud.

The beach is beautiful, family-friendly, and very close by, and the location suited us well. But apartment 5B hadn't been cleaned, so we waited an hour and a half. It's very old, the breaker trips when you use the air conditioning or dishwasher, and there's no washing machine. For the price, we expected a clean place with more amenities. Apartment 5A, on the other hand, is very modern, and we'd recommend that one. We wouldn't recommend the Agi Immo agency: they weren't attentive to tenants and offered no solutions.

The unit is so cramped that even two people have trouble moving around. At the same off-season price, you could get a 3 or 4-star hotel with breakfast. With Agi group accommodations, everything is automated and there's no human contact. There's just one WhatsApp contact and a welcome message. Handy, I suppose, until the door won't open. I can't imagine dealing with a water leak.
