The agency was very hard to reach, and when we finally got through after several days, they called us liars and refused even a partial refund. That came after we left the apartment the morning after arriving and reported what had happened to Booking.com. We had rented an apartment called Ci Arago 46 in Roses, Spain, in a neighborhood that felt like a seedy suburb. That evening, a gang tried to break in and attacked us in the shared areas of the apartment, including my children. We had to call the local police to get to safety. The agency was Agi Riera Ginjolers. Their response felt dishonest and unprofessional, so I hired a lawyer and filed a complaint. Apparently other people have had a similar situation. I’d say don’t trust them and stay away.
