My apartment is in this part of Roses, which is really quiet. The facilities are kept in very good shape, thanks to my concierge.

On weekends I come here to train for trail running on a mountain route. I leave my car in this neighborhood because the route starts there.

I complained to the agency, but they completely ignored me. The apartments were extremely basic, with no air conditioning, and it was unbearably hot inside. They didn't even provide a bar of soap or a little bottle of water. It was a terrible stay, and I can't recommend these apartments.

This urbanization had its heyday around the 1980s, then went into decline. The arrival of new residences has helped it turn things around.
