Apartaments Terraza - Capvespre

The beachfront location first seemed like a big plus, but our apartment on the 4th floor at Residence Capvespre, rented through Milenial Immo, was a letdown. On arrival we found dirty dishes, hair in the shower, stained beds and dead insects. There were plenty of other problems too: the dishwasher jammed, towel racks were loose, the vacuum cleaner was broken, the sunshades were obstructed, and the plumbing drained poorly. The washing machine moved around during its spin cycle, and the dryer stacked on top looked ready to tip over beside our small child. Properly securing it would have prevented this safety hazard. The landlord was polite at first, but became increasingly brusque and mocking when we communicated. They played down the near-accident. For the high rent and a so-called luxury apartment, the maintenance, safety and respect were completely inadequate. I can't recommend it.

For an apartment advertised as luxury at such a high rental price, I don't expect perfection, but I do expect safety, cleanliness and respect. None of those were there. We rented the 4th-floor apartment from Millenial Immo, and it was dirty when we arrived, with dirty dishes, hair in the shower, dirty beds and dead insects. Several things were broken or faulty, including the dishwasher, towel rack, vacuum cleaner and sunshades, and the shower and sink didn't drain properly. The washing machine wandered around the room during its spin cycle, with a dryer sitting on top that nearly fell on our two-year-old. It could have been avoided by securing it properly. The host started out friendly, but got irritated and sarcastic when we reported the problems, and didn't take the near-accident seriously. Very disappointing, especially after that promising first impression of a great beachfront apartment.
