We paid €35 a night for a premier pitch with ACSI, electricity and taxes included, and stayed for five nights. The campsite was lovely, with flowering shrubs everywhere. The pool, poolside restaurant terrace, grocery shop and shower block were all excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There's a five-minute walk to a nice promenade lined with restaurants and pubs, with a very relaxed feel. We enjoyed a boat trip too, and drove 45 minutes inland to Besalu, a medieval village that's well worth seeing. We loved the campsite and the surrounding area, and we'll be back.

Our 4-year-old daughter really enjoyed the children's activity program. It ran for about two hours before lunch and another two to three hours after 16:30, in French and Spanish. The grounds are beautiful, with roses and other flowers, and there are heated pools and a jacuzzi. We also appreciated the white sheets and towels, plus the affordable snacks and pizza. It felt like staying at a good hotel, just five minutes from the sea. A lovely spot for a family weekend, and we'll tell our friends about it. Thanks!

We had a lovely stay at Camping Salata. A rented electric bike is a great way to visit the Parc Natural dels Aiguamolls, and Catarina gave us all the useful information when we set off from the campsite. Her guidance was splendid.

We spent four nights here in our motorhome. The pitches are fairly large and screened by hedges, with water and waste connections on some of them. The pool and bar area were great, and the restaurant on site was excellent. The toilets and showers are beautiful and state of the art, though when the site was busy, there weren't quite enough showers. It's dog-friendly enough, with open scrubland across the road where dogs can run and go to the toilet, but be aware that not many people pick up after them. Roses promenade, with its lovely beaches, bars and restaurants, is a five-minute walk away. A lovely site, and we'll return.

It’s an easy walk from the site to the beach, restaurants and a few small grocery shops. The pitches are roomy and separated by plants. The toilets and showers stay clean, with warm water, and there’s a heated pool and jacuzzi too.
