I wouldn’t come back, and I’d suggest reading the reviews first. The smoke and tobacco smell on arrival was unbearable. The room and bathroom were tiny, and I had to play Tetris just to put my things down and get in. Cleaning was very poor, if there was any at all. They also don’t accept credit cards, which seems unusual these days, and don’t tell you that in advance.

The rooms were dirty, and without air conditioning it was unbearably hot. The only fan was small and noisy at night. Breakfast was ridiculous, just one item per person, and the decor and upkeep were poor. We were also told at reception that payment was cash only. This place is disastrous. Other hotels at the same price offer much better service, so avoid it.

I have a few photos, though they can’t capture the smell, which was the worst part. The place was dirty and stank of cigarettes, mold, and cat urine. There was no hot water, the electricity seemed dangerous, and there was plenty of hair and staining. I saw lots of glowing reviews on social media that seemed fake. They only take cash and don’t tell you when confirming the booking. The hotel offered compensation, then changed its mind without fixing the problem. With two children, we were threatened with being evicted at midnight, and the police were called. We ended up having to pay the price negotiated with the police, who agreed it was a hovel. A place like this shouldn’t exist in 2025.

María and her team make you feel at home and help with whatever you need. The hostel and rooms are clean, breakfast is included, and we had a great time. It’s centrally located, with parking nearby for just a few euros. As the listing says, there’s no air conditioning, but there’s a good fan. Payment is by cash or Bizum. Thanks so much!
