The buffet breakfast has been excellent each time, with plenty of high quality choices. I’ve stayed here a couple of times and rate the hotel very highly, so I’m glad to give it five stars. Staff in reception, the breakfast lounge, and housekeeping are all polite and friendly. They’ve also always let me store my bicycle safely indoors. I’d happily recommend the place to family and friends.

It’s a very good budget hotel, and the seafront isn’t far away. Our room was generally clean, and you can get fresh towels whenever you ask. The staff are really friendly and obliging. The skirting boards could use a wipe, and under the bed needed a sweep.

Breakfast was an excellent buffet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is just two blocks from the beach. Rooms are compact, with that usual Catalan efficiency and style, though check the mattresses when you arrive: ours had two good ones and one bad one. Sound carries when the hotel is busy.

I paid a little over forty euros a night, breakfast included, and the buffet had lots to choose from. There’s plenty of free parking nearby, and the location is good. Great value for my stay. I’d come back.

I managed to book Hotel Ciutadella at the last minute in July and stayed in the annex. The room was spotless and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was amazing, and the service was great. There’s a huge free parking area by the Citadelle, about three minutes away, while the beach and restaurants are around 100 yards off. Can’t wait to return!
