InmoSantos Apartament Sant Elm

We booked the holiday through Booking.com in 2019, and the booking process was very professional. The apartment was spacious, well equipped, and had everything we needed for four to six people. I know other accommodations in Roses that aren't quite as good. We'll stay there again for our next holiday, but book directly this time so the provider gets a bit more ;-))

The staff were friendly and everything was well organized. The only downside was the parking, the spaces are too tight for larger cars.

I had to do some basic cleaning myself before I could settle in, which was really disappointing. When I arrived for the week, the floor was sticky and very dirty, the bedroom smelled strongly of must, and there were marks and stains all over the walls. The bathroom bin was still full, and dirty glasses had been left in the dishwasher. The whole place felt poorly maintained. I hope you understand why I'm unhappy and take steps to address it. I'm available to discuss this further.

The beach and the nearest supermarket are both a short walk away, about 10 minutes for the supermarket, but I wouldn't stay here again even if they paid me. The pool is too small for the number of apartments, and the parking is hard to access. Outside, there were cigarette ends, chewing gum and empty cans everywhere. Inside, we had to wash all the dishes and kitchen utensils again, the walls were stained, and the sheets smelled moldy. The apartment was dirty.
