This was one of our worst travel stays. Right from the start, the host was hostile and threatening, saying she'd call the police over any small issue before we'd even reached the apartment. We were met with rudeness and suspicion instead of hospitality. The apartment was in awful condition. There were spiders, the oven and dishwasher were dirty, and there were no sheets, towels, or trash bags. There were barely a couple of rolls of toilet paper, and it hadn't been properly cleaned at all. We usually don't write reviews, even after a bad stay, since we don't think one bad memory needs more attention. We weren't going to write one this time either, until we contacted the owner after leaving to report some of the problems. Then we were shocked to learn the host had started a case with Airbnb to sue us over things that couldn't have happened. They accused us of throwing a party and having more guests than allowed, which is completely untrue. Those accusations and the terrible state of the apartment show a lack of professionalism and, to me, an attempt to harm a guest's reputation to cover up their own failings. If you care about your time, money, and peace of mind, look elsewhere. We found no cleanliness, respect, or decent treatment here.
