My parents were due to leave for Spain on June 6th and stay in an apartment, but my father-in-law was rushed to the hospital and remained there until the 17th. He’s still receiving home care three times a day under a demanding treatment plan. We sent the hospitalization certificate, yet the manager of RoseApparts has issued no refund. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism. My parents-in-law have very modest pensions, so losing over €400 is a significant financial blow and feels unfair and unacceptable.

The location is good, and otherwise the place is acceptable. The bathroom is a little inconvenient, and hauling luggage up three flights of stairs is a hassle.

Carlos is great, and we feel comfortable in his apartments.
