The breakfast coffee was excellent, though the rest of the meal was just okay. There were cheeses, meats, pastries, and cereals, but for a hotel focused on health and well-being, I found the selection disappointing. The jam was low quality and tasteless, and locally sourced organic products might be a better fit. Our room was clean, laid out well, and had a very comfortable bed. The balcony was spacious and well equipped. Some advertised beauty treatments weren’t available. Julia, I think that was her name, was a charming young receptionist who gave us a very warm welcome and helpful advice about local shopping. She’s a real credit to you. The welcome from the other staff wasn’t as warm. On our first morning, when I asked something at reception, a team member shushed me and told me to find Julia. That wasn’t what I expected.

The spa was very good, with a big Jacuzzi and both dry and steam saunas. The gym was quite old, but still not bad. The hotel itself is nice and up to a good standard, but tiny, with maybe around 10 rooms. After seeing all the photos online, I was shocked when I saw the place in person. Our room was compact and clean, with a nice balcony terrace. The food was all cold, with no warm, freshly cooked options at all.

The sauna and its rules were okay. When I went in the late morning on March 16, the woman who handled my payment and was meant to welcome me came across as unfriendly and rude. She was partly on the phone while speaking with me.
