Vista Roses Mar - Vent de Mar

Our two-bedroom apartment was lovely, and the rooftop terrace was a real extra. It was clean and very well equipped, with an elevator, and we found street parking easy on a quiet one-way road. The agency has someone on-site to welcome guests, and they speak French, which was a big plus. The location worked perfectly with our dogs. The parking space itself, though, isn't usable for a family car.

We spent 20 days of our holiday in one of their apartments and felt at home as soon as we arrived. It had everything we needed except air conditioning, though the fans were plenty. The service was amazing: when we asked for a different mattress, help with a sink drain that was clogging, a blender, and a new hairdryer, practically everything was delivered the same day. It was our first trip with our 8-month-old baby, and they made it so easy. I can't thank them enough. 200% recommended!

The location is excellent, with the beach a one-minute walk away, modern bright apartments, and some very good restaurants nearby. Everything else was fine, but the parking situation was frustrating: although there's supposedly a space for every apartment, reception said they're not reserved and anyone can use them. I managed to park there only once in our four days. Cleanliness needs attention too. The kitchen wasn't very clean when we arrived, and there were urine stains on the mattress cover. They came out after I washed it, which made me think the cleaning service could be more thorough. With COVID, that's something to keep in mind. Also, on party days you have to leave the apartment before 10:30.

There were four of us staying from April 17th to 20th, in an apartment on the 4th floor. We were warmly welcomed at reception when we arrived. The apartment was spacious and modern, with a sea view, and it was very clean and well furnished.
