The houses and gardens are beautiful, and there are swimming pools too. The surrounding streets have all kinds of services, shops, and bars. This development is off the Sanlúcar highway, with gated blocks and no public access, so I assume it’s only for residents. If you live in the Port, it’s a good spot.
Everything is laid out nicely for getting around: the beach is about a 6-minute walk, the golf club is 2 minutes away, and El Lago Shopping Centre takes around 3 minutes on foot. Ancora and Los Olivos Shopping Centres are roughly 10 minutes away. The complex sits in the middle of Costa Ballena, opposite the clubhouse and Barceló Hotel, with plenty of green space, lawns, and pools. The buildings have a modern white-and-blue look and roomy terraces. There’s also underground parking, a walled padel court, and a playground for kids.
It’s peaceful here and close to the beach. A really nice residential complex, with a pool too.
A pleasant, safe place that works well for families.
Without a doubt, this is the best city!!!
