It worked really well as a base for hiking, right in the middle of everything. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped, but a few things let it down. The wooden platform beds were uncomfortable, and the hinges kept catching on the mattress. The large bed was made up of two mattresses that kept sliding apart, which was a pain. The shower looked impressive, with a rain head and hydromassage jets, but there was hardly any water pressure.

The apartment was cozy and clean, but the steep slope was a real struggle with our bad knees. We had to use the car every day because of it. The garage remote was completely broken and didn't work properly. When we tried to park in the garage, we stopped on the slope and had a really awful time. Also, the bathtub floor was slippery enough that you could fall. Some plastic stickers on it would have fixed that.

The apartment itself was very nice, but the shared facilities were neglected. The small pool had neither shade nor seating, and the elevator wasn't working.

The building seems old and isn't well looked after. Several bulbs were out in the hallways and shared spaces, and the elevator was out of order.

The apartment was lovely, though getting up there could be hard for older people. It was clean enough, but the kitchen extractor fan could use a bit more attention. All in all, a very good stay.
