Protur Palmeras Playa Hotel

The rooms were a little dated, but clean, tidy and very comfortable. We were a group of six women staying four nights for a family occasion, and all of us ate well. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help, especially in the restaurant. For the price, I thought the all-inclusive stay was good value, with nice food and plenty to pick from at breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus fresh salads and a different theme each night. I don’t usually choose all-inclusive, but I was impressed by what we got. The drinks weren’t great and there wasn’t much included to choose from, though that’s what I’d expect with an all-inclusive.

The hotel’s location is great, and the food is lovely. Staff were all great, and the cleaners did a brilliant job. Our room was really spacious, with a big bathroom and comfy beds. I can’t fault the place.

We found the staff friendly and helpful, and the food was plentiful and really good. The rooms were a great size and had everything we needed. It’s a lovely hotel, right beside a beautiful beach, and clearly set up well for families.

The only drawback was the evening entertainment, which got a bit loud at times. There wasn’t another outdoor place to sit away from the noise. Otherwise, this is a lovely hotel in a really good area, with amazing staff who couldn’t do enough for us. I’d highly recommend it.
