Hotel THB Sa Coma Platja

We had a lovely stay, especially by the pool, which is right beside the beach. Our room was cleaned every day and the whole hotel was immaculate. We were half board, and the food in the main restaurant was really good, with lots of options for different tastes. Most of the staff were warm, helpful and welcoming, though a couple seemed moody. The one letdown was the Mexican restaurant you can book for free for one evening. The service was great, but the food didn’t come close to the standard of the rest of the hotel.

The setting was one of the best parts of our stay. You step out from the pool area and the Mediterranean is right there in front of you. The pool was checked daily, and the whole hotel was spotless, which made everything feel comfortable and well cared for. We felt at home from the start. Thor greeted us at reception with a warm smile and real professionalism, and María looked after our room with such kindness and dedication. The breakfast buffet was fresh and high quality, and the restaurant staff made each morning enjoyable. A young woman from Argentina was especially attentive and professional. For families, this place is a real treasure. The care and attention from the team, including management, made our holiday feel welcoming and special. We’d wholeheartedly recommend THB Sa Coma Platja for a memorable stay, and with this level of hospitality, it seems well on its way to becoming a five-star destination.

We’ve been here for seven days and still have two to go, so we’re already sad that the holiday has to end. The views are wonderful, breakfast has something for everyone, and the service has been great. We only ate breakfast, so I can’t comment on dinner, though other guests said it was just as good. The staff have made the stay, especially Angela at the front desk, who’s always sweet and helpful, and Fernando at reception, who’s funny and really nice. The patient, lovely woman making omelets each morning deserves a mention too. And Claire at the bar makes the best cocktails and is such a friendly person. We’ll miss her! The staff were nice, the food was good, and the pool was lovely. It’s also only about a five-minute walk to everything in town, and the hotel is close to what I think is the best beach in Sa Coma. For a more interesting meal, I’d suggest walking along the coast towards S’illot until you get to the narrow walkway area.
