The staff were friendly and efficient, and parking was convenient. The building feels new, clean, and welcoming, with quiet rooms, good lighting, and a comfortable king bed. I also liked the roomy shower and the regular room cleaning. Breakfast is a clear step up from other Holiday Inn Express stays I've had in Spain, with more choice and better quality, though the coffee from the machine tastes awful. There's a small fitness room, and you can refill water bottles by reception. One of the better Holiday Inn Express hotels I've stayed at, and I'd recommend it.

At the last minute, the hotel changed the dates on my booking without explaining why. I was left scrambling to find somewhere else.

For a Formula One weekend, the location works really well. There are shops and restaurants nearby, and breakfast was great.

There wasn't much around the hotel, and the room they gave me was accessible, which nobody mentioned beforehand. The toilet also wasn't very clean. When I raised this at reception, they said I'd booked the wrong room and blamed it on my mistake, though my booking system showed no such information. It was already 9 p.m.; they said they couldn't reach a supervisor, move me to another room, or cancel the stay so I could go elsewhere. No solutions and no customer care. Avoid this place.
