For the price, this place is a good deal. It was spotless and nicely decorated, with a modern, roomy bathroom. The main room is small, but laid out well, with armchairs, a TV and kitchenette. There are two tables, one for meals and one for work, though either can do both jobs, plus plenty of outlets in handy spots. Seems well suited to a week or two.

Check-in was straightforward, and the apartment is quiet inside thanks to good soundproofing. It has most of what you need. The bed was fine, though the sofa bed only just okay. The fridge took some time to get cold, and I'm not sure about the stone-look shower floor material from a hygiene point of view.

Apartment 7 may have been an off case, since the cleanliness reviews were so positive, but our kitchen things, from plates and glasses to pots and cutlery, were pretty dirty. There were hairs in several spots on the sheets, and they plainly hadn't been cleaned. Everything else was fine. The location is near the center, with free parking outside and close by, so aside from the cleaning I would recommend it. We'd just come from Gaia Rooms León, specifically Identia Sport, and the difference stood out.

The neighborhood is really peaceful, and I liked having a separate entrance before the apartment so it isn't right at street level. The apartment itself was comfortable and had everything I needed. I'd happily come back next time. For a longer visit like my 15 days, though, I wish they'd give a discount instead of charging the same as a weekend stay.
