We stayed six nights in Fernando’s top floor flat and couldn't have been luckier with our place in Salamanca. It's very central but somehow still quiet, and the room with its sloping ceiling and beams is lovely and comfortably set up. Fernando was a great host before, during, and at the end of our stay. One of us eats gluten-free, so having a great gluten-free bakery right downstairs was a huge bonus.

Fernando, the owner, really cares about his guests having a wonderful time in Salamanca. Before our arrival he sent lots of information about things to see and do, along with tapas bar and restaurant suggestions. My husband and I spent several days at Apartamentos Pozo Amarillo and loved it. The beautifully remodeled apartment was immaculately clean, and the location was perfect: a three minute walk to Plaza Mayor and an easy walk to the cathedral and university. We highly recommend it!

I stayed for three weeks and have no hesitation giving the apartment the highest rating. It was bright, perfectly equipped with a washing machine and kitchen facilities, and completely quiet despite being right in the center. The owners were very friendly and helpful. It was spotless when I moved in, and having some groceries and cleaning supplies there was very convenient, since I didn't have to buy everything. Arranging the contract and all the conversations beforehand also went perfectly.

A group of university friends and I stayed in two apartments, and we'll definitely be back. Fernando kindly took care of everything to make sure we were comfortable, and we'll recommend the place to others. The apartments are perfectly equipped, with all the basics plus every little detail that makes a stay easier. Their location is very convenient, and there was parking just steps away, which matters when you're staying so centrally.
