The check-in was really confusing. I had no idea from the booking confirmation that I needed to go to the cafe on the other side of the building. The rooms weren't very clean and kind of grossed me out, but I guess you get what you pay for lol.

It's fine for a night's sleep, but not a particularly cool place or anything luxurious. I would have liked a toilet in the room, though I guess that's what you get for paying so little :D

I had a small, basic single room with an ensuite for the weekend, and it was clean and enough for somewhere to sleep. There was an 80cm bed, bedside table, desk and 50cm wardrobe. It's about a 15-minute walk to Plaza Mayor and close to the bus station.

The room was spacious and clean, but several things were disappointing. The jacuzzi was weak, it took a long time for hot water to arrive, and the TV didn't work. I reported it, but nothing was done during my stay. The old windows let the heat out if you leave the bathroom door open, so it was lucky there were blankets in the closet.

I paid half of my reservation upfront, then the property cancelled it. When I asked the owner for a refund, they refused and said, "Of course, he'll have to pay his staff," even though they were the ones who cancelled for no reason. The whole experience was awful.
