I stayed on my own and always felt safe. There’s a supermarket just around the corner, with shops, restaurants, and Plaza Mayor nearby too. The room was very quiet despite the central location, and I slept really well. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. Staff were professional, quick to respond, and made me feel they cared about what I needed. I’ll definitely come back.

The location is right in the center, but the hotel itself feels tucked away and peaceful on a lovely green square. Parking close by was convenient and cheap, and there’s also a storage room. The place was clean and relaxed, with beautiful decor, and the staff were friendly and helpful with every request. It felt like a real bargain for what you get. My mom was celebrating her birthday, so I asked for a room with a view. When we arrived, they upgraded us to a large unit with a great view and balcony. I’d happily return. Many thanks, especially to dear Rosa for the warm, personal service.

Such good value, and a fantastic spot next to Plaza Mayor ❤️. We had everything we needed for a one-night stay. The kitchenette was well equipped, and the free tea, coffee, and toiletries were a welcome touch.

Be aware. We had a trip booked in Spain and planned to stay here, but my wife was pregnant and had a pregnancy-related problem documented in a report. We emailed all the hotels we’d booked. The others cancelled or changed our reservations, but this was the only one that wouldn’t let us change the dates, even with the pregnancy issue. I wasn’t asking to cancel, just to move the booking, and they rejected the request we sent through booking. It left me feeling they’d rather keep the cancellation money than consider changing a reservation in those circumstances. Think twice before booking.
