The room was spotless, well designed and had everything we needed. Check-in was easy, and when we had to call, they sorted it out in two minutes. Brilliant from beginning to end. We’ll be back!

There were nine of us, and the apartments had plenty of space. They’re beautifully decorated and right in the city centre, yet wonderfully quiet. Laura was an excellent hostess. We loved it and will definitely return.

We were expecting twin beds and a sofa when we booked. Instead, the room was very small and there was nowhere for us to sleep. The shower and taps leaked, and we were bitten by what we think were bed bugs.

I spent 12 nights at Prisma Suites and had a great stay. The rooms were clean, the appliances modern, the staff kind, and the location ideal. As a woman travelling alone, I felt very safe the whole time. Thanks so much, I’ll definitely be back ☺️

Terrible, unclear check-in instructions. No instructions arrived before check-in, and I couldn’t get into the building lobby for self check-in because they hadn’t given me the door code. I had to call the host. I booked on Airbnb, but got only minimal instructions through a separate platform, WhatsApp. I’d advise other travellers to avoid this place.
