Carlos was kind and really helpful when we rented surfboards for our holiday. We paid €60 total for two boards for the full day and had a great time. He said we could come back and swap them for different shapes whenever we liked, or change boards if the conditions shifted. The boards he suggested were just right, and since conditions stayed steady, we didn’t need to swap. Thanks, Carlos! 🤙

We came to Salinas for a day of surfing with friends and rented boards and wetsuits here. Carlos knew the surf and weather conditions well, gave us useful advice and clear instructions, and was very helpful. The gear was good quality and reasonably priced. We could also use the outdoor shower when we returned the boards. Thanks so much!

A lovely, clean hostel with a welcoming, friendly host. You can use the kitchen, relax in the nice common area, or unwind in the big garden. It’s just a two-minute walk to the beach. I’d stay here again if I’m in the area :)

The camp is only 50m from the beach, and the surfboards for hire are awesome. They carry Catchsurf, which no one else does in Asturias, and I think their soft tops, or foamies, are the best out there. Great service. 100% recommended.

The location is the main plus if you’re here to surf, though in my opinion Salinas usually gets too crowded and isn’t the best surf option. The place itself is okay, but it feels like a hostel with a lot of rules. You can’t use the kitchen, cooker, or fridge, come into the house wet, or store surf gear inside, among other restrictions. The employees also seem very nervous about cleaning. For a hostel, it’s kind of expensive.
