The little room we had was still equipped with all the essentials, including a full set of dishes and kitchenware. The apartments are very good and sensibly furnished, with a supermarket nearby. They're well placed for hiking routes in summer and ski slopes in winter. The cafeteria serves good food, straightforwardly prepared but perfectly decent. The mattresses were much too soft for us, and finding parking was difficult. In high season, it's best to park in the village as early as you can.

For the price and central Formigal location, this is a great base for hiking in the Pyrenees in summer or fall. My room was on the small side, but clean and fine for sleeping, showering, and keeping food cold. It had a little balcony, a fully stocked mini kitchenette, a full bathroom, and two bunk beds plus a sofa. Pets are allowed for the usual fee.
