Apartsalou Argenta Apartments

There was a nightclub downstairs and we couldn’t sleep. The flat itself was filthy, with laundry hanging out, children’s toys in the bathroom, hair all over the floor, and used toilet products left by other guests. Apparently that’s what they call cleaning, unbelievable. The door was broken and wouldn’t close properly. Nobody would answer our questions or help us. We forgot the keys inside and they wouldn’t even give them back. At checkout, the cleaner arrived early, rushed us and didn’t even say good morning. So rude. They kept my deposit over a bit of ash that must have fallen on the floor, claiming they needed extra cleaning for that tiny amount. Laughable. The whole stay was awful, I wouldn’t recommend this place to normal people. Hahahaha, thanks.

We’ve rented apartments in Salou for many years and never dealt with people like this. The balcony was covered in hanging sheets and we couldn’t use it because the air conditioning unit was there. It was unbearably hot inside, and the unit wasn’t cooling the apartment. Sheets in the closets smelled musty, and the shower had hair and used products left by other guests. The apartment was filthy overall. The cleaner arrived early and was completely rude. My niece left some keys behind, but they refused to return them. They also kept our deposit because we left at 11:01. We were exhausted, but we’ll come back in person to file a complaint. It’s shameful.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend it. It was really dirty, and everything seemed broken. I can’t say what I’d like to because of Google Maps’ policy.

The place was really dirty, and I got bitten a lot by bugs. The one good thing was how close it is to the beach.
