We were there for a weekend, and after coming back from Port Aventura on the last day, we found the water had been cut off across the building. We couldn't shower, and nobody offered a fix. It came back at random times. We'd stayed more than 15 days, and they supposedly return the deposit three to five days after you leave. At checkout they said they'd refund our charges. I'm still waiting. We called again and again asking for a solution, but they said it was fixed and that a problem had come up, so the refund should have arrived by now. It still hasn't. Since they can't sort it out, I'll have to take action.

The beds were comfortable and everything worked, but I had to improvise quite a bit during my stay in the last week of May. I was on the second floor and it was so hot inside that I couldn't go in until very late. The air conditioning barely cooled the place. There's no door to the kitchen, so light came through the window and made it hard to sleep. I blocked it with a big piece of cardboard at night. The apartment is right in the middle of the nightlife, so there was no peace until the early hours. On the first day I found two enormous cockroaches, despite the apartment being clean. The gap under the front door could let more in, so I sprayed vinegar in the corners and shoved another piece of cardboard beneath it. Returning the keys was a hassle too. The office was across half the town, and a drop box would have saved a lot of time. I wouldn't recommend this place for kids or in the middle of summer.

On the second night, after we got back from Port Aventura, there were dead and live cockroaches as big as the Hulk. We spent the whole night awake, sorting out paperwork for a claim. Luckily they moved us to another hotel, though the person we spoke with was a bit... not very nice. There were water leaks too. The first day, everything had seemed perfect.
