Different Samá

The thing that upset me most was the pool in the listing. The photos I saw showed one, but it turned out to belong to a neighboring complex and didn't exist at this apartment. I told Adolfo that parking and a pool were two of my main requirements. He said the ad had no pool photos, though he acknowledged other people who rented from him had seen the same thing. I FELT CHEATED. The building was in awful shape, and after the landlord left I started crying because I didn't think it was fair to pay for a place in that condition. The apartment itself was okay, but a bit dirty. I had to sweep everywhere and clean the baseboards, which looked like they hadn't been done for at least a year, and there was dust everywhere. The cleaning seemed very superficial. Noise from the shops downstairs was deafening, so sleeping was impossible. The terrace was unbearably hot because the air conditioning unit was on it and the space was completely enclosed. It was either stay indoors with the AC on or sit in a sauna. I'm glad I only booked two nights. Any longer and this might have been the worst vacation of my life. There are much better apartments for similar prices. I'll NEVER stay here again. If you're unsure, ask for photos of the inside of the building, because it looks like a suburb.

Everything you need for a few vacation days is close by, and the beach is only a few minutes on foot. There's also a garage in the same building, and the location is great.
