A basin had been left under the sink to catch water from the air conditioner, which had been draining into it badly. We only found it the next day and had to empty it ourselves to stop the apartment from flooding. It weighed about 30 kg, and nobody had told us about it. The shower head was broken, so you had to hold it to shower, and water sprayed everywhere. The place was filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned. There was hair all over the floor, the kitchen and utensils were dirty, and broken glasses had been tucked beside the sink. The sofa was stained, and the oven door was practically falling off. The sofa bed was awful to sleep on, its mattress made you feel every wire in the frame, and the pillows were just as bad. I can only upload 5 photos, but I could show 20. A TOTAL DISASTER.

I've stayed with them for several summers, and every apartment has been a good experience. There's a broad choice, they're impeccably clean, and the price is excellent for what you get. Adolfo deserves a special mention: he's really friendly and always ready to help with whatever you need. Highly recommend.

We got excellent help from the host, who let us check in four hours before our booked time and gave us great tips on places to see nearby. The apartment was fantastic, with a great location and pool, and the service was excellent too. Thanks for everything, Adolfo. We'll definitely return.

We had a relaxing week in Salou, Costa Dorada, in a lovely, fully equipped apartment called Different Palafox. It was close to both the beach and the town center. Adolfo, the host, was professional, kind, and attentive. I highly recommend it.
