The location is very good, and the staff were great. There are two jacuzzis on the rooftop terrace. Breakfast was basic but enough for a cooked meal, with plenty of continental options, coffee, tea, juices, and water. It's a short walk to the beach and marina, near the marina end of Levante beach. Facing the beach, Poniente Beach and Cambrils are to the right, while central Levante beach is a few minutes to the left. There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, and Burger King and McDonalds are about a 10-minute walk toward central Levante. The tourist information office is close by. The bus back to Reus airport stops at the bottom of Calle Barcelona, a few minutes away near the pharmacy or opposite McDonald's. The bus station and ticket office, where you can ask for advice, are nearby too. For me, the bonus was an Ale Hop shop just a 2-minute walk from the President! Our balcony door wouldn't lock. We were on the 4th floor, and staff offered us another room, but since we were only there for 3 nights, we stayed put. I'd definitely stay here again, even on my own.

The food was lovely and kept us going for our whole week. Our room felt fresh and comfortable, and it was clear it'd been cleaned just before we arrived. The air conditioning was a welcome surprise on some pretty hot days, especially for me as an Irish person. The receptionist was lovely and gave us useful tips about the local area, which led us to visit places we really enjoyed. Amazing hotel and staff, thanks for the experience. I'll be back!

The hotel is in a great spot, and we were happy with the stay overall. Staff were really friendly, the cleaning was very good, and breakfast was fresh and tasty. We had no plumbing trouble. The two things that bothered us were the weak Wi-Fi and the constant noise from the ventilation shaft outside our window. Still, we'd be happy to return.

We had a lovely stay and will definitely come back. It's a few minutes' walk from the beach, at the quieter end of salou. The rooms were lovely and clean, with daily cleaning throughout the stay. Buffet breakfast was just right, with plenty to choose from.
