We had a great vacation! There were fun events at the hotel every day, and the rooftop Jacuzzi was a treat. The beach was easy to get to, too. Best of all, the food was amazing, with something new each day. The staff were always welcoming, kind and funny. Greetings from Latvia!

We stayed from July 23 to 30, 2025, and found it a great option for families. It’s child-friendly and close to so much: a pharmacy, restaurants, beaches, grocery shops, a bus stop, and a nearby bike rental place. Breakfast had lots of choice and a different menu each day. Dinner was a good buffet that changed daily too, and the desserts were amazing. Our room was comfortable, and the air conditioning stayed very cold overnight. Selena at the concierge was helpful and could call to book taxis for us. Samira and Reduone were lovely and helpful as well, and my kids loved them.

The beds were the main letdown for me. They creaked loudly and weren’t very comfortable, and the walls are so thin you can hear practically everything in the hallways. The room itself was nothing special, but it had a very nice view, and the towels were changed regularly. I was nervous after reading reviews, but the pool was lovely and had lots of activities, while the bar staff were friendly and made nice, refreshing drinks. The food wasn’t great, with limited options, especially at breakfast, though it wasn’t nearly as bad as some people say. It’s a nice hotel and, in my opinion, doesn’t deserve such bad reviews. I’d probably stay again.

The entertainment team was great, with lots of activities going on, and the pool is a decent size. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly, and I’ve had a great week with my partner. Some guests were shouting in the hallways at 1am, though that’s more inconsiderate behaviour than the hotel’s fault. The rooms could be improved: the decor is old, there’s no fridge, and the walls are thin enough that you hear a lot. The beach, shops and restaurants are about a five-minute walk away, and there’s a bus station nearby for trips to Salou, Tarragona and the water park. As a fussy eater, I found the food fine, with something different each day. I’d stay again.
