The staff were friendly, and the apartments are in a great spot for walking to Port Aventura or the beach.

PortAventura is nearby and the apartment is well located, but the poor handling and awful service made this a bad stay. Check-in meant going into Salou instead of getting help at the accommodation. Guests from several buildings were sent to one reception, so the queues were long. They also required a €250 deposit plus tourist tax. The heating didn’t work, the blankets were old and dirty, the cleaning was poor, and the walls were in bad shape. On top of that, someone else was in the parking space we’d booked. We couldn’t park outside because it was hailing, and reception offered no solution. The response was extremely unprofessional: "I know it's hailing, I'm working, I can see it." The other spaces they suggested were taken too, and they wouldn’t remove the wheel clamps from the remaining ones. Eventually they stopped answering our calls, so we had to use a resident’s spot. Getting the deposit back took two weeks. The location is good, but the service and management were very poor.

PortAventura is an easy 8-minute walk away, and the apartments are worth considering for a visit to Salou or the park. They’re nice, with a washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster (ours was broken), water heater, and flat-screen TV. They do explain on the website that there are almost no supplies: no soap or cleaning products, just one toilet roll per bathroom, sheets, and towels. There aren’t any bedspreads or blankets, so that’s worth knowing outside summer.

The apartment was comfortable to sleep in and had a small terrace. It was pretty good overall. The location is superb, the equipment is good, and the gardens are well kept. It could use soap in the bathrooms and a fresh coat of paint on the walls.
