Pierre V. Salou

The apartment was spotless, and I loved the big balcony. We had an issue with the bedroom door handle, but customer service was helpful and got it fixed that same day.

We had a lovely three-night family stay. The rooms were really clean, and the woman at reception was accommodating. We'd stay again next time we're in Salou.

We had a great holiday in a really spacious, clean apartment. The staff were lovely, the location was excellent, and it was only a short walk to the beach and centre. No noisy neighbours either. A toaster would have been useful, and there could be more pool loungers, especially when it's busy, but neither issue affected our stay. Thanks, we can't wait to come back.

The hill was brutally steep and such a struggle. We weren't allowed to move even though someone with us was disabled. Everything felt far away, and the pool was dirty, with hair, dead skin, bugs, grass and dirt in it. During our six days, it was cleaned once. The room itself was okay, but it smelled like fish, especially inside the wardrobe. Wouldn't come back.
