The terrace was quite nice, though some of the chairs were broken, and the laundry room was in a decent spot. But it was in poor condition and made a really loud noise. At night, you could hear tourists coming back from parties very loudly. There were cockroaches everywhere, which was outrageous. The hot water stopped working after someone had already left beforehand. Air conditioning only cooled the living room. The kitchen was tiny, with a limited fridge and stovetop that were hard to use properly. The beds were the worst part, and we all wound up with terrible neck pain. I didn't expect much from the apartment, but I was still disappointed. For the price, it's well located, but there's a lot that needs improving. I think there are better places in the area.

They took 10 euros from my account because I forgot three little sandwiches. They were wrapped in foil and meant for my trip back to Madrid. I've never had anything like this happen. It's shameful, and I definitely won't return.

There's a big terrace and a secure, enclosed play area for children, so it's an ideal apartment for families. The beach and PortAventura are just a few metres away, and you can walk to everything. It also comes with a free parking space.

I'm really disappointed this year, especially for €1200 a week. Getting there and around nearby was impossible. There was no air conditioning or dishwasher, and the tiled floor was broken and sharp. The place wasn't clean when we arrived, and there was noise for most of the night and into the morning. Cleaning, rubbish collection, and street cleaning never came.
