The location worked well for exploring, and the stunning beach is just a 15-minute walk away. The pools were cooler, so take the kids to swim at the beach instead. But I won’t be coming back. The food was awful, basically the same every day and always cold, though there is a microwave to heat it up. We’re not big drinkers, and some of the people we saw on holiday were awful. If you don’t want your kids hearing drunk people swearing, I’d avoid this place. You get what you pay for at a three-star hotel. I knew from other reviews that the rooms would be small, so be prepared to live out of your suitcases. Our room smelled damp, and the toilet cistern ran all week. I reported it on the first night; they tried to fix it, but didn’t do the job properly. The bathroom’s sliding door wouldn’t close either. Luckily, we only used the room for sleeping and spent most of the week exploring. I can’t really comment on the entertainment because we rarely stayed at the hotel. The younger kids seemed to be having a good time, but not my 12-year-old. We were on the ground floor, and it was incredibly noisy, with kids running along the corridors and no parents in sight until 1 a.m.

The entertainers were fantastic, and the bar and restaurant staff gave great service. The pool area was always clean and well kept, though the pools got busy and there weren’t enough sunbeds for the number of guests. I’m an early riser, so I went down when it opened to get one. Some people still reserved beds before opening despite the rules. I saw staff get verbally abused when they tried to tell guests the pool wasn’t open yet, so I understand why they didn’t enforce the rules more. We stayed a week with our 15- and 7-year-old children, and for a three-star hotel at the price we paid, I really couldn’t complain. Our superior family room seemed a little roomier than most, though still on the small side. That didn’t bother us much since we only used it to sleep and shower, and it was cleaned every day. The food was average for three stars, with plenty of options, though it got a bit repetitive by the end of the week. My fussy daughter loved it. Estella was on tap, and the cocktails were okay. The €1 cup system is a good idea since it cuts down on people leaving cups around.

We’re here right now. The food tastes nice, but it’s only warm, and the rooms really are very small as people have said. At night, kids run up and down the corridors and people argue loudly while drinking. To be honest, I wouldn’t come back to this hotel.

We had a great time, and the kids loved it too. The rooftop area for adults only was great, and the pools were awesome. The entertainers and service staff were wonderful. The rooms weren’t great, but we expected that. Food was good for an all-inclusive, while the drinks were pretty watered down, so I stuck with beer. We went with the kids for three nights and four days. Really good vibes overall.
