I'm here now. There's no internet or towels, and the pool is out of use. Reception doesn't know how the internet works or who supplies it, and they just keep handing out numbers to type in. For a self-catering place, I can't understand how it has everything except a kettle and washing machine. The two staff we've met are polite, and the issues seem like simple fixes, but Lov Holidays have been no help at all. Next time I'll try booking dot com. Their apartments in the same building are 100% better than what Lov Holidays supplies, so I'll avoid Lov Holidays.

We had no internet connection, even though it was advertised. The walls did little to block noise, and the neighbors were quite rude. The ones next door spent around 3-4 hours drilling and doing maintenance work on Easter Sunday.

Avoid this place at all costs. No Wi-Fi, no blankets, and no sun. The beds by the pool were filthy with dirt.
