We got lucky finding such a peaceful, special place, with a really quiet setting. Apartment 3 felt luxurious and had better amenities than a hotel. The pool and shared areas are brand new, and the finish was better than we'd expected. Everything is conveniently close, including Sanxenxo, Combarro, Pontevedra and the beach, which is just 1 km away. If you play golf, Meis course is only 10 minutes away.

The owner was friendly, and the area was incredibly quiet. But access was the biggest problem: it's up a hill along narrow, winding roads with very poor visibility, and two cars can't pass each other. Neighbors in the adjoining apartments felt the access was a bit misleading too. The claim that the beach is 550m away... The apartment felt cramped for five, had no air conditioning and very little kitchenware. The pool was small and a bit dirty, though that happened because of a problem during our stay. It was very expensive for what was offered, especially compared with other apartments nearby.

Susana, the owner, was very helpful throughout our stay. The place was comfortable, and I'm sure it will improve, but at this price I expected better. Although recently renovated, the apartment was missing basics: hardly any kitchenware, no tablecloths or kitchen towels, and no towel rack or toilet paper holder in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi didn't reach the upstairs apartment. It also wasn't mentioned that the larger apartment is upstairs, with a steep, difficult staircase that would be hard for elderly people.

The place was very quiet, with beautiful views, a good pool, a nearby park where children can play, and very good service. But there were real problems: the Wi-Fi didn't work during our 10 days, so anyone who needs to work should expect to spend a lot on mobile data. The grills were very dirty and there was nothing to clean them with. The mattresses were small and uncomfortable. I'm 1.90 meters tall, and my feet hung over the end for all 10 nights. And the sea isn't 250 meters away as claimed. You need a car every day to get anywhere.
