We loved staying here in Samos on the Camino. The garden is a lovely place to sit and take in the river and monastery views. Our room was spacious and bright, with a comfortable bed and nice linens, and Cristian made us feel very welcome.

The old pharmacy has been converted into a really impressive place to stay. Our large twin room was clean and comfortable, with a superb view of the monastery. Breakfast had the usual buffet choices, including meats, cheeses, pastries, cakes, yoghurt and fruit. We stayed one night on the Camino and found the owners understood hospitality well. Definitely worth a visit.

We loved our stay in the little village of Samos. The rooms are big and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and Cristian, the owner, was so nice and helpful. One of the best places we’ve stayed. I can’t recommend it enough. ♥️

Right across from the monastery, this was a great place to stop on the Camino Frances. Christian was a warm, welcoming host, and the breakfast buffet was great. It’s a good option if you need a rest day or just want some quiet away from the shared albergue experience.

The garden overlooking the river was a lovely place to unwind, and everything inside was spotless. We had an amazing breakfast, and Cristian was such a delightful host. Staying at A Casa da Botica on our Camino felt like being at home. Thanks for everything!
